ATHLETE MANAGEMENT
At Elite Ice Athlete Management, LLC, like you, we are new, young, and determined. We are a hockey advising and management agency for both amateur and pro-level athletes. With 22 years of negotiating, business and legal experience* prior to starting the agency, and armed with a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University, our founder is well equipped and excited to start this new chapter of his career and help you get the most out of yours.
We are looking to help the next generation of players and their families understand and navigate the often confusing world of Junior and NCAA hockey, or represent them at the professional level. We strive to live life through our clients. Where their path is our path and where their success is our success. Only by practicing this, can we honestly say that we are as invested in our players' success as they are.

Located in the great Pacific Northwest, beginning in 2025, we concentrate in helping hockey athletes from the states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Western Montana, Utah, Nevada and British Columbia, Canada, who play or are looking to play Junior and NCAA hockey, or helping players looking to sign their first professional contract. We will provide management services for amateur and professional athletes, including hockey advising, NCAA compliance, player contract negotiation, legal and business consulting and endorsement deals.

Who are our clients? Emerging hockey players that have the drive, determination, character and talent to move to the next level, no matter what level that is. Two player's rarely take the same path. We are committed to understanding, serving and advancing each player with their individual and unique needs and goals as they move up the ladder to play higher levels of hockey. Whether that means moving from youth hockey to Juniors, or from Juniors to NCAA or Pro, we want to be there every step of the way!
